During more than 20 years as an executive level business professional, Rick has honed his skills in business strategy, human resources, leadership, organizational management, and performance, and cultivating key relationships both internal and external stakeholders.

Rick and his wife have one grown son (Merri ttMeth od) and live in Oracle AZ. He enjoys golf, cycling, pickleball, woodworking, the freedom of riding his HD Road King Classic, and spending time with family and friends.
